“I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others.
I ordered a couch on Labor Day because the website clearly stated it was ready to ship and would leave the warehouse in 2–4 weeks. That timeline was a major reason I chose this couch.
Immediately after purchasing, the shipping estimate changed to 6–8 weeks — a total bait-and-switch. I was unhappy, but I decided to wait.
After waiting far longer than promised, the couch finally arrived last week — except it came in multiple packages spread out over several days, so we couldn’t even assemble it until everything was delivered.
When we finally put it together, we discovered:
Four pieces were missing
One arm latch was broken
The packaging was inconsistent and confusing, so there was no way for me to know which box the missing pieces were supposed to come from
And instead of simply sending the missing parts, the company asked me to identify which box numbers needed to be replaced — something I literally cannot do
After all the delays and the inconvenience, they expect customers to do the detective work for their own packing errors. The entire process has been overwhelming, time-consuming, and honestly unbelievable for the price of this couch.
At this point, I love the style of the couch, but the experience has been so negative that I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Misleading shipping estimates, incredibly slow delivery, incomplete and damaged orders, and customer service that puts the burden back on the customer instead of taking ownership.
I wish I had chosen a different company.”
