“I received my couch on Tu 1/6 and have prepaid for assembly. I have went into my Burrow account multiple times to book an appointment with Taskrabbit, but each time I receive a red error message. I have asked for chat, as well as an email response, but as of F 1/9, no response.
Since my couch remains in boxes and I have no idea when assembly can occur: 1/5.”
“Supremely fast ship! Amazing customer service from Aaron in the NY Showroom and probably the main reason we chose Burrow over other similar retailers.
We needed a sofa bed that would open directly at floor level (not up on a metal frame) to accommodate our large dog during his 12 weeks of post surgery recovery, and so that I could sleep next to him during this time. We ordered the Span Sleeper on a Friday evening and had it on Tuesday!
The boxes were manageable, instructions clear, and build was easy. Took maybe 40 minutes because I was goofing around. The sofa is solid and well constructed, heavy, and yes - it’s firm. But I don’t mind that. I’ve been sleeping on the sofa bed for a week and a half with my two large dogs and have been very comfortable! Even my husband can squeeze in for movie time. Queen size bedding fits perfectly.
We like the sofa so much we ordered the matching chaise to go with it and to provide storage for the bedding when not in use.
As a big dog household, I appreciate the weight and sturdiness of this sofa, it doesn’t move. And that we can remove cushion covers to wash if needed. We’ve only had it 2 weeks but so far very happy with it. Hope it holds up!
