“Stars are for color, style, and comfort (quite firm but still comfy). But, for starters, it was delivered in 8 massive boxes. Truly gigantic. And then it was so hard to build, it took my partner and I over 6 hours to "complete." Some of the parts didn't fully lock in, so we weren't able put in about 3 of the screws. We're just avoiding sitting on that side of the couch because taking the complicated thing apart and returning 8 giant boxes seemed worse. We're happy with it! But wish it would've been easier.”
