“This is a long cushion, not a chaise. We got this as an add-on to our existing sofa, only to find out we needed to additionally purchase a "seat module," which, despite our protestations, came with a redundant seat cushion. Billing yourselves as a modular company without any clarity in the add-on process is a sham.”
