“The corner brackets do not work with the ottoman I bought in 2022. The legs are beautiful and do still work for regular legs but are useless for corners.”
“Apparently I have the “old nomad” sofa and despite having a current sofa by the same name, it is obsolete and incompatible with the nomad currently offered. I invested in this sofa because it is supposed to be modular and now it is not. I was informed the manufacturer of the “old nomad” went out of business and the current pieces are not compatible. I am not sure why they would not name it something different to avoid confusion. I am very disappointed in customer service’s solution, which was 40% off a “new nomad”. Talk about adding insult to injury!”
