The person working that day was super friendly and answered all my questions. I came home and ordered the Nomad the same day. Setting up was easy. The instructions were easy to understand and follow. The leather feels and smells great and is of high quality. Very happy with my new setup and will be purchasing an ottoman from them soon.”
