“We are still waiting for pieces of our order with no update or explanation for where the pieces are. We get email replies every few days but no one seems to know where the missing pieces are and they have not provided a timeline or update on when we will get them. There is no one to actually talk to (no phone number provided for this company, just emails). We sadly would never have bought this couch if we knew our experience would be like this. If they would at least communicate a timeline? Give us a new tracking number for the missing pieces? Talk to us? Instead the emails keep asking if we’ve got all the pieces now. Nope, still don’t.”
“Couch looks wonderful. Definitely giving the mid century modern/minimalist look I was going for. The cushions are a little thin for my liking and a little stiff. I’m sure they will get better over time. Over all tho, I’m happy with the purchase.”
“Very uncomfortable and not as easy to put together as they claim. Impossible to talk with anyone from the company and I’ve submitted for a return over 2 weeks ago. They have horrible customer service and cheaply made products. It took over a month to get a refund”
