Packaging needs to be improved. For the corner backing, the way the pieces are put in the box, it permanently damages one of the seat back cushions. Very visible, front and center of the whole couch when it's completely put together and set up. Burrow graciously shipped a replacement piece free of charge, but the replacement piece has the same damaged leather in the exact same spot. Burrow may have to go to the factory and examine how they package the corner back to avoid this in the future. One method may be to add foam padding to the latch on the corner back, to avoid allowing it to press against the leather surface of the back cushion.”
