“The delivery was a bit messy because we did not receive the arms for the couch. When we contacted Burrow support they said that we should have got them but we confirmed we had not. They did come quickly, only waited another week and a half. However, upon final assembly we found out that we had been shipped 3 different colors of legs! We literally have black, pine, and brown legs on the couch. After all that the biggest issue with the couch is that the cushions fall down. We got the leather sectional but the back pillows don't attach anywhere, they cannot stand up and slide down even with no one on the couch. If someone is sitting on the couch it is hard to not have the cushions falling around. The look of the couch is nice but really disappointed that the cushions don't attach nor do they stay in place from design.”
