The Fed Ex guy left most of the packages down on our driveway, so we nearly had strokes getting it up to the living room. Assembly took many hours, mostly because the arms were difficult to attach. They are still loose, so our handyman is coming tomorrow to finish it up.
You should warn customers how heavy this thing is, and how tricky the arms are. Otherwise we're happy with it.”
