“The couches look absolutely perfect in my space and I truly love everything about the way they look, but they are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. So uncomfortable in fact that after 5 months of use we couldn't stand how much our backs hurt anymore and bought new couches we knew would be comfortable. If you're looking for nice looking furniture for a room you will never hang out in look no further. We do like the couches enough to put them in other rooms in the house where they now serve more as decor instead of a comfortable place to lounge in the evenings. During those 5 months they have held up fairly well to our 3 cats and 2 dogs. It's important to add that I did have to reach out to customer service as a few pieces came in damaged via shipping and they handled the exchange smoothly and courtesouly.”
“Please do not buy this low quality product. We bought a corner piece, love seat and a 3 seater and these items were all supposed to attach. The latches don’t work, they come lose each day. This reached a point where an older person was almost hurt Bec if the moving sofa pieces.
Do not trust this company. They will take your money and sell you a cheap product and not help you when you have a situation like we do.
In my opinion they should be reported for fraud and selling an unsafe seating solution”
