“We were really impressed by the Burrow store in SoHo and ordered this couch a few days in advance of our move, on the knowledge that it would take 4-5 business days for the order to be fulfilled and 1-2 for shipping. Surprise! Bought Saturday, shipped Monday, arrived Tuesday. I tried many times and signed up for a premium UPS account to change the delivery but to no avail. Thankfully our new neighbors were willing to help.
Love the ottoman so far, but that was a hassle we didn't need! Got 'free shipping' by going in person but ended up paying what would have been the shipping price in UPS fees that did nothing. Maybe their logistics partner isn't the best!”
