“While we like the ottoman we received, we were notified that the new owners of our house in NY received the same ottoman. I have been in touch with customer service to find out what to do. I have sent photos of the boxes and labels twice and still have received no guidance. Burrow shows only one delivery - the one we received, but I sent proof that there was another ottoman delivered to 25 Spring House in Pound Ridge. The lack of communication on your end is very frustrating and tempts me to never order again from Burrow.”
