“So let me start by saying we love our King sofa with Chaise. It was easy to unpack and assemble. It fits our space beautifully. I love the color, firmness, seat depth and height, modular option of moving relocating the chaise to either side of the sofa, and it fits together like a glove! My only issues: while it arrived in 2 weeks instead of the 4-6 that was quoted, I wasn't ready for it to be delivered as we were away for a week. The only notification I received was from UPS that the shipment was on its way. I had to scramble to get neighbors to my home to receive it during a heavy rain storm. I wish the company would have let me know it was ready to be shipped. Also I recommend watching a few YouTube videos before assembling. They give helpful tips.. The best tip is to add the arms before assembling the body of the sofa which is the opposite of what is in the directions. Much easier!!!! I also wish it was available in white or cream color leather. One last thing to note that is not clear on website adding the ottoman base under the chaise cushion is what makes the sofa a chaise, The base does not attach to the body of the sofa. You may want to order an extra seat cushion to have the option of converting the chaise to a seat and ottoman combo. Overall Nice job. I would order again and recommend to family and friends.”
