“Really not happy with our purchase and wish we had done our research. Nowhere near deep enough and too short. But the real problem is it's extremely uncomfortable. I already have back pain. Unfortunately the process to return (and associated fees) isn't worth it. So my boyfriend and I are keeping it as a secondary seating option while we eagerly await the next round of sales to buy the couch we really want after testing in person. I'm not sure where all these positive reviews online came from or how on Earth I read a review calling it "the Internet's favorite couch."”
“I was very excited to receive this couch and have been very disappointed. The form is great, the firmness suggests it will stand up to many years, however I cannot stand that it seems impossible to keep clean. I have two Cane Corsos who are not allowed on the couch but their fur seems magnatized to it and vacuuming does not help. I contacted Burrow for cleaning suggestions and tried the best one, and it did not work well enough to justify the cost of the item and time it would take to daily clean it. I am not satisfied with the process of returning as I have not been receiving replies to the return request.”
