“I love the quality of this couch - it is sturdy and fashionable. My only qualm is that for one of the turning mechanisms that tighten around an insert screw, I can't get the arm cushion to actually tightly latch on. Perhaps a new mechanism for connecting the arm to the seat would be beneficial or some type of tool that helps with this!”
“The sofa is decently built, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. Where it falls short is in comfort. This sofa is extremely firm and unforgiving. Again, while I appreciate its build quality and lasting materials, it is just not an inviting or cozy sofa. The customer support is also less than ideal as it’s all done through email and text. There is no direct support number.”
