It’s possible the service and people who represent Burrow are better than our couch itself - though we did not sit on anybody to test comfort. We drove two hours +traffic to test out the sofa in their store on La Brea avenue in L.A. and the service people were welcoming but hands off our shopping experience. If we had questions, they would answer honestly. Great team.”
