“We bought two white Nomad couches. It wasn’t a quick purchase, I researched couches for six months, ordered swatches, researched some more and finally decided on Burrow. The reasons for choosing Burrow’s nomad: The design, the ease to put together, the quality of the fabric, the fact that they are made close by (no waiting in a container off the coast of LA for weeks!), and the price for the great value. I am glad I ordered the swatches because the one you think is light grey online looks different in person. I always look at reviews for anything I buy online, and I never saw a bad review here. That gave me reassurance, at it didn’t disappoint. Love our couches!”

“We just received and assembled our sofa and could not be happier. The shipment, in 4 separate boxes, made it possible to take to a second floor to assemble without the usual hassle of narrow stairs, sharp corners and banged up walls. The quality as well as the design were as promised. The overall look of the piece is, very simply, smart. Thank you Burrow for living up to your advertising.”

“Excellent product -- all we expected. Good job on the sale and shipping, except for missing thumbscrew. Average job on the follow-up. It took almost two weeks after you received my email for the thumbscrew to arrive. You should devote a few more resources to your complaint screening and follow-up.”

“Wow! I didn’t think it would be even better in person but it is. The material feels extremely durable and the seating position allows for great posture, especially if you have a lumbar pillow. Didn’t take me any more than 20 minutes to put it together. I highly recommend it!”
