“There was no issue with delivery. The boxes were easy to organize and the sofa parts came well protected. Putting the Sofa together took less than 1hr, and instructions were easy to follow. It looks great, feels sturdy, and it is semi-firm (which we like). My brother's dog came over and dirtied the sofa a bit, but it was extremely easy to clean.”

“Ordered late on a Wednesday, and the couch boxes were delivered early on Saturday. Impressive! This 73 year old guy got the boxes into the house, had the boxes unpacked and the couch put together in about 2.5 hours. Assembly would have been faster, but I had difficulty getting the lever that attaches each arm to the back of the couch to latch / catch. That, and the fact that two curious felines REALLY wanted to help.
The couch looks great. IT IS FIRM! That firmness should, I hope, soften a bit with time and use.”
