“We were looking for a small-ish loveseat to fit in a tight spot in our small room. The dimensions of the Burrow Nomad (with sloped arms) fit better than any other option we looked at. Burrow sent us fabric samples promptly, which made the decision on color/fabric very easy. The ordering process was simple and the communication on the status of the order was frequent and helpful. The boxes arrived exactly when they said they would (in a four hour window). We are quite pleased with the quality to price ratio--the latches are sturdy and exude a sense that this is a piece of furniture that is made to last. Assembly was pretty straightforward; it is definitely a two person job. There were a couple of the latches that were a bit hard to "muscle" into place but that just required a bit of hand strength and patience. The loveseat looks perfect in our space. The cushions are definitely on the firm side but still quite comfortable. Why not five stars? I don't believe in grade inflation. :-) And only time will tell whether the loveseat holds up.”
