“The two chairs were well packed and arrived in good condition. The assembly instructions were good but closing the latches that secured the main pieces together was almost impossible for me because there was so much resistence in pressing them closed. It was very difficult and I almost gave up. One chair was more difficult than the other. Also, the padding on the top of the armrests is not thick enough. It is inadequate. Otherwise, the chairs are fine. They look good and the seats are firm.”
