“I was kept up to date on the progress and it arrived much quicker than expected, which was fantastic. It was well packaged with good instructions and easily assembled. There was a chemical off-gas as soon as the boxes were opened and it took about two weeks to dissipate with the use of my subtle energy scanner before I could sit on it without a reaction. The fabric and stitching appear at first flush to be good quality. Everyone thinks it seats comfortably. The major issue I have is the product pictures show both the back and seat cushions aligning together snugly. My back cushions have significant gaps between them. I have to push them together toward the center and hide the gaps in the corners by the arm rests with pillows. In my opinion because of this, the cost of the sofa is too high.”
“I honestly love this couch so much! Its comfy, and matched almost the same length and height of the last couch I was used to! As someone who's slowly starting to makeover their home, its a great starter couch!
It had a new couch smell(I'm nose sensitive) which bothered me for a bit, but within 3 weeks of having it here it kind of faded! It was so easy to put together as well. The Usb port is on the side I least sit on so I was a little disappointed in that but nothing an extension cord couldnt fix (: Also I looooove the color!”

“We are happy with Burrow so far. We received the swatches and picked out our fabric, then with in 2 weeks of ordering we received the boxes. Putting a chair and the sofa together was a little challenging as we are over 70. But taking our time reading instructions we managed to get it done.
We like what we have. However this furniture is not constantly used it is in the front room so only used when company comes. It looks sharp though and sitting on it seems to be comfortable.
