“I won’t order from Burrow again. I purchased the Normad couch last summer it’s held up okish with kids and pets but not like GREAT. It doesn’t totally resist stains and wear. What’s more, though, is that customer service is pretty poor. I never received purchase or shipping confirmation - I had to email Burrow to get that information. And then both products took MUCH longer than expected to arrive. The chair had mis-drilled holes for the legs, and we just decided to alter the chair rather than wait for replacement parts. The price is lower than similar companies but you get what you pay for.”
