“I bought this to keep my cat from shredding my furniture. So far so good. It does look good. My only complaint is that it’s not very comfy. But I think that is a feature, not a bug. I would imagine what makes the seat “hard” when sitting on it is also contributing to the “catproof-ness”. I am ok with that tradeoff, but you may want to go to a showroom and sit on it first.”
“Pros: we liked the design of the loveseat, the size, the color, and the fabric. It took some power to put it together but the two of us managed to do it in less than a couple of hours. Instructions were super clear. We loved that it is modular and the pieces of the loveseat could fit through the not-very-wide doors of our house and our den.
Cons: the only real con, and it was major, was that this loveseat was very, very uncomfortable. When we sat down on it right after putting it together, it was immediately a "no" for us as far as comfort level. We kept it for a few days, hoping we would get used to it or that it might soften a bit. But that didn't happen. I knew we'd never be comfortable on this hard, hard sofa. We needed this for a TV room where we spend a lot of time lounging on the couch and really wanted a comfy, cozy sofa.
I am disappointed, as we researched sofas a lot before buying, and we really really wanted to like it since it ticked all our other boxes. Very grateful for the easy return process.”
