“Our sofa is great, this is our second burrow sofa, the first is still surviving after 5 pandemic years with 2 little kids using it for everything. However, the shipping and communication was abysmal. We ordered our sofa, and there was 2-5 day shipping. After no word for 10 business days, I emailed to ask. After several back and forth emails (most of which included an agent saying “I’ll ask the team involved with your case”) it turned out the arm style we originally ordered had been discontinued. This took 30 days to find out. After ok’ing a new arm style, the sofa took an additional week to show. Again, great sofa, terrible shipping and communication.”
