“The unit was carefully packed, but the cushions were covered with a grayish lint -not too disturbing, but then the customary assembly issues arose! The left armrest has a cam lever arrangement to bind it to the back cushion, but no human effort, short of Iron Man's muscle, could force that lever into position, so the top of the armrest is not secured to the backrest at present. I suspect that your firm is not test assembling samples of production on a statistical basis and that automated machining centers in Vietnam need better setup/calibration. (Note on 6/11/2025: By very carefully chiseling out some misaligned wood from the upper left side locating pin hole - after removing the offending armrest - we were finally able to get the locking lever to close on that side! The average customer would be at sea - and no help from your firm.”
