“Love the color but a bit of a disappointment all-around. The back and butt pillows are thin and very firm which I don't mind so much but they are just not as comfortable as I was expecting. The most frustrating part of the whole process was putting the darn thing together, the instructions are way over-simplified to their detriment, I had to look up a video to figure out how to get the arm latches to lock in properly. If I could give partial stars, I'd put it at around 2.75, not quite a 3 but also not the worst ever. It's a pretty basic piece with a not-so-basic pricetag.”
