“I ordered the Nomad 5-Seat Corner Sectional for our new house. After it shipped, I had to change the delivery location. Some of the pieces did not arrive, as a result, and customer service was incredibly helpful with getting replacement pieces shipped. They were responsive and quick and made sure we had everything we needed.
Now that we have assembled the couch, it is lovely and comfortable. We have two kids and a dog and have been very happy with how it has held up. I took off a star because we found it more difficult to assemble than we had anticipated. It took me and my husband roughly 5 hours to assemble. Directions were clear, just difficult to fit the pieces into place.”
“Good news, it is stylish and looks good. I hate to give a bad review, but it's important to know just how uncomfortable this couch is. One reason I ordered it was it was described as firm. That's an understatement. Be ready to need another pillow to create a cushion that you can tolerate for more than 15 minutes. The depth of the couch is also on the short side if you are taller than 5'5". The assembly is difficult given some of the levers won't latch without the use of a hammer which concerns you at the time that you will break the latch. Truly I was on the fence about returning the couch but this became an issue as I had given the boxes to a neighbor who needed moving boxes. Don't do that if you have any question on your decision with this couch. In the meantime it looks pretty, I just don't sit on it.”
