“Pros:
- Modern look (if you dont look at all its issues up close)
- Customizable for large number of seats
- Responsive customer service (you just might not like the responses)
Cons: Where to begin!? Problems from day 1 and poor quality clear within first few months of less than average use
- Delivery was delayed by months and entirely wrong sectional was sent
- Longer cushions for chaise are not uniformly thick even when new. The seating side is thinner than the leg section and its not reversible. They sent me a free replacement but it had the same issue (see photo).
- Fabric is not pet friendly and the weave is a magnet for entangling dog hair. Even a dyson pet hair attachment cant untagle this mess (see photo)
- Fabric is not durable and pretty frayed after normal use (see photo). The fabric is also rough to the feel so not very comfortable to begin with
- Cushions are not durable and have some sag after normal use
- Stain on all legs dont match
- I requested link to write a product review and was received none for over a year. Finally filed a BBB complaint and was able to write this review. Very suspicious of the "excellent" reviews on their website.”
