“We have had or nomad sectional sofa now for several months. We love the look and the firm feel is fine. But sadly this material, which we chose because of its resistance to cat claws, is absolutely terrible for pets. Hair sticks to the weave of the fabric hair and it is almost impossible to vacuum the hair even with a Dyson pet hair attachment. Very disappointing. So now I have to search for cushion covers because it just looks dirty ALL the TIME.”
“This is the hardest, most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. When I emailed Burrow to express my dissatisfaction, they gave me a lame reply of it takes a while to break it in because it’s new. I would not recommend any furniture from Burrow. I’m so disappointed.”
“The couch is not uncomfortable, but I thought the cushions would be thicker and larger. That one is on me for not figuring out the measurements of the cushions!
The couch is not animal proof either. I got this couch because I have two dogs and this couch was meant to hold up against the wear and tear of pets and children. There are no rips or stains, but their hair sticks to the Nomad couch like it's sticker paper. I had to purchase cushion covers, so no one can see my cute new couch now either.
Had I known then what I do now, I would have purchased a different couch at half the price, knowing that I might need to purchase a new one in a few years.”
