“We made a special trip to the showroom in NYC to check out the Nomad. It seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. Solid, sturdy! We were so excited when we received the couch and quickly attempted to assemble the item. The corner was a bit tricky to put together but we figured it out. Upon getting the couch assembled, we found that the entire thing squeaked when we sat down or stood up. We allowed a few days to see if it settled. It didn’t. So disappointed! It had to go back and we were back to square one.”
