The primary issue has been extremely poor communication and fragmented, unusable shipments. I received no proactive updates about delays and only learned my order had been pushed first to November and then to January after I emailed to ask. Despite being told I’d receive advance notice before delivery, multiple large boxes arrived without warning, taking over my living space.
Worse, the shipment was partial and unusable: key components (arms, support legs, ottoman) were missing, making it impossible to assemble or use the sofa. I was left storing oversized boxes in my living room for weeks during the holidays, with no clear timeline and long gaps between support responses.
Customer service responses have been slow and reactive rather than proactive. While a small refund of $50 was eventually offered, it does not make up for months of delay, lack of transparency, or the inconvenience of having furniture delivered that cannot be assembled.
The product may be nice once complete, but the logistics and customer experience were deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend Burrow to anyone who needs reliable delivery or clear communication.”
