“The arms of the chair are bumpy. It’s noticeable from across the room (though hard to reproduce in pictures), and when you put your arm down on it, you can feel the ridges. I expected much higher quality for this price point. Otherwise, the seat itself is comfortable with the lumbar pillow. I would consider the chaise rather than ottoman because the ottoman slides very easily across our hard floor.”
