“Easy to assemble, firm but comfortable, and really does feel indestructible, but man, for a company that bills itself on being pet friendly, this fabric is a magnet for hair. Regretting not going with leather, because have a dog that sheds even a little means this thing needs to be covered 24/7, because it is TOUGH to get pet hair out of this fabric. Constantly fabric shaving, lint rolling, and vacuuming to mixed results.”
“Purchased this in crushed gravel color for my son’s apartment. It was the perfect size and fabric. Comfortable with ottoman as the seating isnt as deep as I prefer. Cushions on the firm side. Looks nice and modern. Took some time putting it together. One of the holes was blocked with a staple. Used tweezers to remove the staple. Delivery was expected at the apartment building and apt number provided as in the video portrayed ease in delivery and apartment entry. Instead six boxes left up at front mailbox. A concern in the florida rains. I emailed customer support regarding this with no reply received except for a confirmation of the contact which is disappointing. A few of the boxes were difficult for one person to handle as it didnt fit into the car and was dragged across parking lots and bulky to carry up stairs . I would beware of this if you are one person on the receiving end. The packaging was excellent. Delivery was fast, about two weeks.”
