“The delivery process was frustrating, since we selected an item that said it would ship in 3-5 days and it actually shipped in 12 days. There were 18 days in between ordering and delivery of all the items, and we didn't get updates until we had reached out to customer service ourselves.
As for the furniture itself, the ottoman is nice, but we had trouble attaching some of the screws of the arm chair. After looking more closely at those holes, we had realized that some of the staples were partially in the holes, preventing the screws from going in. We had to pry those out with pliers before we could get the screws to work. Also some of the threads in the seams look a little loose. Overall a little disappointed!”
