“This the sofa was disappointing in every way. It is stiff, small, and very lightweight - It doesn't stay in place. The pictures on the website don't represent the sofa. I am still awaiting for Burrow to do the right thing and send me the labels and schedule a pick up return. Customer service is terrible. I requested the return and haven't heard from them since. 3 business days have passed.”
