“Great couch and super fast shipping and phone customer service. Only issue is the customer service in the LA showroom almost made us change our mind. 2 people working did not even get up from the table and all the questions we asked they stayed seated and didn’t know the answers and had to look on the computer web site. But we really wanted the couch and overall are happy.”
