“I’m very unhappy with it. The fabric catches ALL the dust and hair. I’ve barely had it a couple weeks and it’s filthy. Even worse, it’s hard to clean. The fabric feels so cheap and is already stretching out showing a seat print. The cushions are much too firm. Shipping took longer than hoped and then was delayed. I’d have rather spent more money on a better sofa if I knew it would take so long. The only cool thing is the way you designed these for modularity. I would actually like to return it if possible.”
“Looks great, comfortable… I dont know where I got the impression that this sofa has machine washable covers. It was the PRIMARY reason I chose burrow. Did something change? Now I see machine washing, or even removing the covers is not recommended. This is pretty disappointing. Not only that but the stitching on the rear of one of the cushion covers is coming apart at the zipper. I’ll likely look elsewhere for my next piece of furniture, but we’ll see how this wears with time.”
