“One of the parts was defective so we had to wait for a replacement, after the already 8 weeks we waited for the couch to first arrive. Assembly was really difficult. It’s true that no tools are required, but lining up the little pegs without being able to see them and then exerting enough force to snap things in was really a struggle and took hours. There was a spider living in one of the boxes we received, with a full spider web covering everything, so that just added to the trial of getting this couch finally put together in our living room. The couch itself looks great. It’s very firm, but comfortable if you like the firmness.”
