“Received my Nomad Velvet Sofa with Chaise much earlier than expected. It was easy to assemble. It took us about an hour. Its exactly what I expected having visited the showroom in NYC. We chose the gray couch and depending on the light in the room, it can look more blue than gray. I'm very happy with my purchase!”
“I was a little disappointed in seeing the couch in person, specifically because the velvet isn't a true velvet material but more of microfiber and isn't as shiny/lush as it's shown online. Also, the chaise doesn't attach to the sofa at all- it's a standalone ottoman base that connects only by the chaise cushion sitting on top of the couch and base together. The couch overall was very easy to put together and felt firm to sit on, which we like. But since it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, I decided to return it. And that's when I became a big Burrow fan! Their customer service has been amazing to work with- everything from understanding and addressing my concerns, detailed instructions on how to return the couch, and quickly responding to emails and scheduling the pick-up. The process has been so easy and pleasant that it's definitely made me open to trying out their other products in the near future.”
