“The couch was delivered sooner than expected. Very easy to assemble. Beautiful couch. The performance velvet has been great so far--so easy to keep clean, even with three pets and four messy kids. Customer service was fantastic, responding to our questions late at night and even following up to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend.”
“Like most, I heard about Burrow constantly. Podcasts, Instagram, YouTube ads, everywhere. They seemed new and innovative, and like they were making the best, most stylish couches and the wait times were half of Crate & Barrel (prices were a bit better for us too). Wait time was accurate, roughly 6 weeks in middle of a pandemic seems really good. Shipping worked for us, no damage even though it rained every day the week they came. Easy, easy installation. My partner completed 100% by himself. Seats are firm but not hard, a good happy medium for my family. Velvet is buttery soft, my infant loves it and so does the dog fur. Easy to clean though! Overall, I’m pleased. Here are my frustrations though. Cushions do not connect to couch, so I’m regularly pushing the sectional back into couch. Since Burrow is making couches better than others (they say) I was expecting this minor frustration to somehow be fixed. There is a bit of Velcro on the sectional piece alone, but it’s not even slightly effective or well placed. Then there are small threading details and fabric pulling on the armrests that will only ever bother me, but I expected perfection in their product. Armrests are also relatively hard, with very little cushion. But this doesn’t bother me since there are pillows on the couch. Again, I’m overall happy. If I could go back I’d make same choice.”
