“My couch arrived with a pink body (as ordered) and blue arms ( a mistake!) There was also a problem with some crooked stitching. Burrow was very responsive and helpful in getting me a full refund. I still see the unique modular design as a plus and the fabric was lovely ! I’m sure we could have resolved the issues I had and I would have been happy. I was just too burned out with furniture shopping and had to take a break. Burrow’s customer service was outstanding!”
“The sofa looks good. Simple and modern. However, these modern sofa styles do not have upper back/head support, unless you also get a chaise or ottoman, so I recommend you do if you want something cozy. The build quality is alright but not amazing. One big highlight is how comfortable this is to sleep on. I like firm beds and this is like a medium firm mattress. Take off the back rest cushions and all of a sudden you have quite a roomy bed for one.”
“It is very supportive and I no longer need my lumbar pillow. Is holding up to my crazy cat. Arm sides were tricky to line up but worked out with 2 people. The velvet brush keeps it looking nice and removes cat fur.”
