“Me and my wife were looking for a sofa for our relatively small apartment. We came across Burrow after reading about it in various articles that reviewed flat-pack furniture companies. We were looking into this because our hallway is very small, and we're moving around a lot, so a flat-pack sofa comes in very handy.
We were looking for a modern sofa with a velvet finish. Burrow offers various fabric options and colors, and luckily also velvet. The great thing is that you can choose the size, fabric finish, the legs, and there is also the option of adding a matching ottoman (also in the future), which definitely isn't always the case with other sofa companies.
Ordering was simple, and the process afterwards was great, as Burrows immediately sends out a confirmation email, an email with what to expect, and multiple updates. they are also very quick to reply to any questions you might have. When ordering, estimated shipping was in 4-6 weeks. We got a shipping notification after 3.5 weeks, and the sofa arrived 2 days (!) later. Amazing. Great for impatient people :)
The assembly was very easy. We struggled to align 3 pins with the corresponding holes, but when this was figured out it went pretty smooth. I think the entire sofa was put together in under half an hour.
Because the sofa is ordered online, we had no idea if it would be comfortable. We took the risk as Burrow accepts returns for a small percentage of the sales price, which we thought to be reasonable. But luckily the sofa has been very comfortable so far, no complaints what so ever. It offers enough back support, is firm but soft enough to relax in, and the seat is not too deep, so you can sit up straight if you wish.
