“I have bought from Burrow before. An ottoman. I have no complains about the product itself, due to COVID and the huge snow storms, my chair took quite some time to manufacture and my shipment (2 boxes) got delayed multiple times, and also came on separate days (which isn't terrible, but can be annoying). Other than that, it's worth the price, wish they'd figure out a way to keep packages together, but that may be out of their hands.”
“Easy set up and installation, I love love love the look of my new chair. It was also reasonably priced in my opinion. If I had more space, I would definitely purchase another one! The shipping was actually SUPER quick, given all the other issues with packages around the holidays. I ordered it around black Friday, and received it shortly after Christmas.”
