“I was excited about the Scout chair - after lots of searching I'd found something just the right size for my small deck. Order it, and use the dimensions listed on the wednsite to order a custom cover to protect the chair. Great, right? WRONG - because the dimensions on the website were wrong. The chair came and it was way deeper than had been listed online. The website indicated the distance between the front and back feet was 20" - I measured and it was 28." I emailed back and forth with customer service, and the "best they could do" was a measly discount witch covered only half of the cost of the cover I had ordered based on their incorrect dimensions. What furniture company has the wrong dimensions for their product on their website?! Anyway, thanks to me they've now updated the dimensions online, so shouldn't be a problem for other people going forward. But I had a terrible experience with Burrow and would not recommend them - if something goes wrong, they don't make it right.”
