“I ordered this table with the 6-piece outdoor sectional on 8/30/25. I received the table on 9/12 but am still waiting for the sectional on 9/24/25. I've let the support team know that I would like to cancel my order. I've been in touch with them for 2 weeks, and they've told me they don't know where my sectional is. At this point, I don't think it's coming. Now I'm trying to get them to respond so I can cancel my order and hopefully return the table without having to eat the return cost myself. If the couch doesn't arrive in the 30-day window that I have to return the table, I can't decide if I like it as a set, and the comfort of the couch is more important than the looks of the table. Be aware that if you have any shopping issues, there's no customer service phone number. You just have to hope someone replies to your emails, and they may not even ship you your $2k purchase.”
