“I’ve had a mixed experience with this furniture purchase. While the functionality and comfort are excellent, the overall process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.
The furniture arrived with a missing piece for one of the legs. Initially, customer service offered a $20 refund to buy a replacement piece from Amazon, which would not have solved the problem. When the replacement piece was finally sent, the leg arrived damaged. To add to this, the metal has started to discolor and yellow over time, which is disappointing for a new product.
I also wasn’t able to purchase the extended warranty because the company didn’t respond to my inquiries. This left me feeling unsupported despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues. While I appreciate the quality of the product itself, dealing with customer service has been a significant hassle, detracting from the overall experience.”
