“I’ve been emailing for 2 weeks about my damaged product the decanter was poorly wrapped in paper so it was broken glass everywhere and no response from anyone. I cancelled my order during Christmas cause of the lack of response but then In the new year wanted to give them another shot. And the engraving was poor quality.”
