“Not happy with this watch box or the company it was ordered from. I have purchased several watch boxes in the past with initials engraved on the front glass from this same company. I needed to order a forth box and decided to order the same box I had ordered in the past so that the boxes would match. My most recent box was a gray color on the inside where the boxes previously were tan/beige. The engraving on the most recent box was less that one inch tall where previous boxes were over two inches in height and much more detailed in the lettering. If I would have known the change I would have ordered elsewhere, especially for the price. I will not be ordering from this company again because of the issues with the box. I have attached pictures so you can see the difference in the older engravings versus the newer style. You can see that the new engravings do not match the picture the company advertises. Seems like false advertising to me.”
We try to make our customers' shopping experience easy and enjoyable, and we hold our store to a very high standard. In this case, we clearly fell short.
