“Product description calls this a pillow. This was a gift for my mom and was delivered straight to her, when she received it there was just a pillow case. To me the name of the item leaves off critical info to deciding value.
Before receiving the item the product page states it would ship in 1-2 days. My purchase did not ship for 3-4 weeks! I tried to inquire using the 3rd party app recommended, email and Facebook messenger. All my requests went unanswered until I suddenly revived a shipment notification.
All I can say is that this is not recommended by me and to think long and hard before purchasing.”
